1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across USA and selected international countries. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at support@meezahwear.com for assistance.

2. Shipping Time

  • Processing Time: Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Domestic Shipping (USA): Delivery takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Note: Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on location and weight.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can use it to check the status of your shipment at any time.

5. Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to high demand, weather conditions, or courier service issues. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance for international orders.

6. Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for non-delivery or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

7. Customs and Import Duties (for International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. We do not have control over these charges and cannot predict the amount.

8. Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 3 days of delivery (or expected delivery) with your order number and photos if applicable. We will investigate and provide a resolution.
